Frontend Software Engineer (Remote – Talent Pool)

What You’ll Do (When Matched to a Project)
Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces

Develop and maintain frontend features using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)

Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Contribute to architecture, component libraries, and design system improvements

Optimize performance, usability, and browser compatibility

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of professional experience in frontend development

Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, Vue, or Next.js

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and component-based architecture

Experience consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL

Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar build systems

Good eye for detail and a strong understanding of responsive and accessible design

Experience working in remote teams and Agile environments

English level: B2 or higher (required) – must be able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English

Bonus: Experience with Tailwind CSS, UI animation libraries, or design systems
