Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Orchestrate Success: Manage the CEO's calendar, plan impactful workdays, and organize high-stakes business meetings.
  • Be the Backbone: Provide comprehensive support to ensure smooth operations and seamless coordination.

Communication:

  • Key Connector: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Master Communicator: Draft, proofread, and edit business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaison with HQ: Maintain effective communication with group headquarters, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
  • Voice of the Employee: Organize and support internal communications, including staff town halls.

Information Management:

  • Information Gatekeeper: Register and track incoming/outgoing correspondence, ensuring tasks assigned by the CEO are executed flawlessly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Utilize software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, ERP, and Google/Outlook Calendar to streamline processes.

Project Coordination:

  • Project Leader: Assist in planning and executing special projects and initiatives, collaborating with various departments to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Innovative Thinker: Bring fresh ideas and strategic insights to drive project success.
  • Optimization Leader: Lead and participate in various optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Team Oversight:

  • Team Coordinator: Oversee staff activities, ensuring team members are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Motivator: Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.

Meeting Organization:

  • Efficient Organizer: Plan and organize meetings, handle logistics, notify participants, and manage passes with precision.
  • Communication Facilitator: Facilitate conference calls and maintain effective communication channels.
  • Decision Implementer: Ensure the implementation of decisions made by the Management Board.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Educational Achiever: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experienced Professional: At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant industry (or abroad).
  • Global Perspective: Foreign education and ideally foreign work experience.

Skills:

  • Tech Pro: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Natural Leader: Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Discreet and Confidential: High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Multi-Tasker: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedicated Professional: Willingness to work irregular hours (availability on weekends and holidays).
  • Linguist: Proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek languages.
