UDEA is seeking а qualified candidates with at least 5 years of experience in international departments in higher education, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position managing an international department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of 5-10 successful cases in global partnerships, international student recruitment, faculty exchange programs, and securing funding through grants and international foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize 3-5 international internships for UDEA staff;
• Conduct 2-3 student exchange programs with the MENA, EU, or SEA regions;
• Secure $300,000 in grants for the university;
• Attract 300-400 international students;
• Organize 2 summer schools with universities in the Top 500 rankings.

• Higher education in Economics, International Relations, or Management;
• Proven experience (5+ years) in international relations, educational management, or related roles;
• Strong track record in securing international grants, funding, and resources to support academic initiatives;
• Successful experience with international foundations, partners, and building mutually beneficial cooperation;
• Fluency in English & Uzbek or Russian.

Preferred qualifications:

• We love numbers and analytics, so it would be great if you could share your achievements in figures;
• We admire those who understand or have experience in education, whether in courses or universities;
• Proficiency in additional international languages - Italian, German, French, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, etc.

Conditions:

• Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; 5/2;
