• General management of the reporting unit and employee supervision.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, environmental, antimonopoly, customs, and civil laws.
• Provide and implement legal advice to internal divisions and management.
• Conduct and control legal examination of documents, decisions, and actions to minimize risks.
• Communicate with external legal consultants.
• Organize and ensure corporate work and provide legal and compliance advice to employees.
• Analyze and summarize claims, court, and arbitration cases.
• Control claim and lawsuit work.
• Represent the company in relations with state bodies and local governments.
• Protect the rights and interests of the company.
• Manage preparation of materials on theft, waste, shortages, and other offenses.
• Prepare legal opinions on disciplinary and financial liability of employees.
• Inform management about identified and potential issues and claims.
• Ensure compliance with the law and protection of the company's legal interests.
• Control registration, accounting, and storage of contracts and legal documents.
• Execute additional assignments from senior management.
• Provide reports on work performed within specified time frames.

• Higher education in legal or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Confident MS Office user.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Uzbek.
