Requirements:
➖Solid experience in people management and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
➖Background in customer strategy consulting or customer operations excellence, with a primary focus on solving problems of any size.
➖Experience in project management.
➖Ability to lead and grow a team, ensuring every team member understands the purpose of their work and the criteria for great performance.
➖Analytical and curious mindset, with a strong understanding of support metrics and the ability to ask "why".
➖Ownership of the budget, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and explain team progress according to KPIs and budget.
➖Ability to think quickly and multitask effectively.
➖Passion for learning and teaching others; tech-savvy is preferred.
➖Can-do attitude, with the readiness to roll up sleeves and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
➖Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Uzbek, English, and Russian.
Responsibilities:
➖Manage, mentor & motivate: Manage multiple teams within the support organization. Act as a sparring partner for the Customer Support Team Leads, helping them improve performance standards within their teams.
➖Problem-solving: Proactively and reactively address incoming and anticipated issues in support. Foster a solution-oriented mindset and ensure the implementation of best practices and efficient work methods.
➖Driving performance: Drive performance to ensure the best support is delivered to customers and partners. Analyze support metrics to make informed decisions and set accurate expectations.
➖Strategize and execute: Use internal data tools to develop and execute a sustainable strategy. Focus on continuous improvement and maintaining high levels of satisfaction from customers and partners.
➖Scale smart: Scale the team size and optimize processes to meet increasing demand by implementing smarter and more efficient practices daily.
➖Grow the organization and support teams: Design the organizational structure to ensure future success. Identify and hire the right talent to expand and strengthen the support team.
