Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, and organize and report safety data.

• Communicate effectively with the project team, supervisors, subcontractors, and other relevant parties to promote the implementation of safety measures.

• Conduct safety inspections independently, identify and rectify potential hazards, and organize safety training and emergency drills.

• Handle accidents effectively, write accident analysis reports, and propose corrective actions for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety Engineering, Construction Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or other related fields.

• Familiarity with Uzbek production safety laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Skills in risk assessment, accident investigation, and preparation of emergency response plans.

• Proficiency in using office software and safety management software (e.g., EHS management systems).

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in both English and Russian.
