TRANSSION Holdings is looking for a motivated HR Intern who is eager to start a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in HR processes. This internship offers a great opportunity to work with an experienced team, learn modern HR practices, and develop professional skills in recruitment and people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and screening resumes

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates

• Maintain and updаtеcandidate databases and HR records

• Support preparation of HR documentation and reports

• Participate in HR projects such as onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives

• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong interest in developing a career in HR

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organized with strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

• English and Russian language skills at C1 level
