Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate monitoring of power, HVAC, Fire fighting, Electrical engineering，Extra-low voltage.
• Conduct routine inspections and execute rapid fault response to ensure overall infrastructure safety and reliability.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and emergency protocols for uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:

• Higher education;

• Certifications requirements: Valid Electrical work license or cooling/HVAC Technician License are preferred;

• Excellent communication - Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken;

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Extra-low voltage, UPS, Diesel generators, Precision air conditioners,HVAC, and Fire fighting system.
