Central Asian University seeks an International Relations Specialist to support international students and enhance global engagement. This role involves visa guidance, enrollment assistance, cross-cultural support, and recruitment efforts to attract international talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Visa and Compliance: Guide students on visa applications and ensure compliance with immigration laws and policies.
• Stay updated on visa regulations and conduct information sessions.
• Enrollment Support: Assist international students with admission processes, documentation, and onboarding.
• Organize orientation programs and workshops.
• Cross-Cultural Engagement: Foster inclusivity by organizing cultural exchange events and supporting students’ academic and personal adjustment.
• Marketing and Recruitment: Promote programs through marketing strategies and attend international education fairs.
• Build partnerships with schools and organizations to attract prospective students.
• Data Management: Maintain records of applications, enrollments, and visa statuses.
• Prepare reports on trends and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 2+ years in international relations or education.
• Fluency in Russian, Uzbek, and English; additional languages are an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and student information systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and cultural awareness skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, events, and student inquiries effectively.

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: 5/7, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
