We are looking for talented IT Customer Support Specialist with experience to join our team

Primary Focus:

  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux);
  • Skills in working with office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace);
  • Fundamentals of network technologies (TCP/IP, routing, VPN);
  • Experience with hardware (computers, printers, routers);
  • Ability to install and configure IP cameras, analog cameras and video recorder systems (DVR/NVR);
  • Service maintenance of laptops, computers, cameras and (DVR/NVR).

Qualifications:

  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Conducting diagnostics of software and hardware
  • Using remote support tools
  • Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
  • Ability to work with users and listen to their needs
  • Documentation and reporting skills
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments (e.g. developers, system administrators)
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge with colleagues
  • Ability to multitask
  • Compliance with security and data privacy policies.
