Duties:

• Oversee IT infrastructure planning, solution design, construction, O&M management, and user services in the local office/country, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT operations;
• Provide support for the company’s key activities, including meetings and IT project management;
• Deliver desktop support and conference service assurance for more than 300 employees of Huawei’s Tashkent subsidiary.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of network construction and maintenance (routing, switching, Wi-Fi, etc.);
• Experience in system construction and maintenance (OS, storage, virtualization);
• Familiarity with computer room setup and maintenance (UPS, AC, security, access control, data center operations);
• Knowledge of office IT systems (audio/video conferencing, printing systems, etc.);
• Proficiency in Microsoft software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher;
• Fluency in English, Uzbek, and Russian (Chinese language is a plus);
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Rigorous approach, analytical mindset, and strong logical thinking ability.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
