Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all stages of project implementation (planning, defining scope, creating work plans and roadmaps).

• Support the Project Manager in project coordination, add and monitor tasks in Kanban.

• Test and verify delivered software tasks.

• Provide consultation to project stakeholders and collaborate closely with all team members throughout all project phases

Требования:

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (in a relevant field or related).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fintech projects.

• Experience in writing technical requirements according to standards.

• Ability to prepare technical instructions.

• Experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).

• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).

• Practical experience with PM tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).

• English — Upper-Intermediate level.

• Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.

• Good understanding of sales processes, auctions, and tender-based sales.

• Ability to explain tasks and requirements clearly.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX basics.

• Knowledge of A/B testing and QA is an advantage.

• Knowledge of programming languages is an advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and strictly control deadlines.

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prepare presentations and project reports.

• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

• Willingness to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to changes.
