Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT leaders to define role requirements.

• Build pipelines for system administrators, network engineers, cybersecurity, and IT support.

• Evaluate technical resumes and conduct initial interviews.

• Coordinate technical panels and hiring stages.

• Provide insights on IT talent market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• English proficiency – C1.

• Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity basics.

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
