We are seeking an IT Recruiter with a strong academic background in IT and excellent English (C1). You will focus on hiring software professionals and ensuring high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements for software roles.

• Source developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and cloud specialists.

• Review CVs with attention to technical accuracy.

• Conduct structured screenings (with technical team support if needed).

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• English proficiency – C1 (spoken & written).

• Knowledge of SDLC and IT concepts.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Prior IT recruitment or HR tech tools experience is a plus.
