IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. The main responsibilities include setting up computers and devices, performing daily maintenance, and ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and set up computers, laptops, printers, and other office equipment

• Perform daily system checks and routine IT maintenance

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for staff

• Ensure all devices are updated and secure

• Assist employees with technical problems in a timely manner

• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and accessories

• Set up user accounts, emails, and access permissions

• Monitor network performance and report issues

• Support during online meetings, webinars, and presentations when needed

• Document all IT procedures, issues, and resolutions

• Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems

• Experience with Windows and/or macOS systems

• Understanding of network basics (Wi-Fi, routers, cables, etc.)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively

• Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Previous experience in IT support

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.)

• Basic cybersecurity awareness
