We are looking for talented individuals with IT technical support specialist experience to join our team

Primary Focus:

  • System administration: Server management and support
  • Active Directory
  • Jira
  • AZURE
  • Diagnosis and problem solving - elimination technical faults.
  • Installation, configuration of programs, connection of printers
  • Service and support for end users, solving their problems with hardware and software.


Qualifications:

  • Preferably more than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Experience with network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Basics of working with server hardware and virtualization.
  • Ability to work with office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Experience with incident management systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Ability to explain technical problems in simple language.
  • Ability to work in a team and interact with users.
