Main Responsibilities:

• Management of second-level AMS activities on the Salesforce platform Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of reports from the first level and business
• Root cause analysis and anomaly management
• Corrective and evolutionary maintenance on Apex, LWC, Flow, Validation Rules, Batch, and Schedulable
• Monitoring of OBA processes and support for flow improvement Coordination with project teams for fixes and releases
• Preparation of deployments and configurations
• Documentation of activities

Required Technical Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Apex, LWC/Lightning Component, Visualforce, Flow, and Process Builder
• Experience in AMS activities
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (SFDX, VS Code), Git/Bitbucket, and Jira
• Knowledge of Bit2Win modules (Order Management/CPQ), recommended
