Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistent IT support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, request handling, and escalation;
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot software applications, end-user equipment and systems;
• Set up and maintain user workstations and IT equipment to ensure optimal performance;
• Oversee and support meeting room infrastructure, including cable management and audio/video equipment setup;
• Collaborate with local and global IT support teams to resolve technical issues and escalate incidents when necessary;
• Support network infrastructure maintenance activities;
• Engage in both local and global IT projects and initiatives;
• Manage and support business systems as an administrator, handling requests, incidents, and changes.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• English - upper intermediate, Russian - advanced;
• Microsoft office skills;
• Ability to handle incidents, requests, changes, and escalations;
• Good problem-solving and prioritization skills.
