Logistics Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI/Excel)

Responsibilities:

• Meet with 7 departments and collect KPI needs

• Design and build weekly/monthly reporting dashboards

• Use Power BI or Excel to visualize key C-level data (fleet, finance, HR, etc.)

• Automate data pulls from TMS, QuickBooks, and manual inputs

Tools: Power BI, Excel, SQL, QuickBooks, TMS (McLeod, Samsara, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or logistics analytics

• Proficient in Power BI and/or Excel for dashboard and report creation

• Ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks or projects
