An international logistics company urgently needs a Managing Director!

Responsibilities:

• Set strategic direction and drive performance in line with corporate goals.

• Expand freight forwarding services across all transport modes.

• Build client relationships and identify growth opportunities.

• Serve as company’s local representative to government and partners.

• Lead and develop a team of approx. 20 employees.

• An Uzbek native (or a long-time resident of Uzbekistan);

• Male or female, between 35 - 55 years old;

• Fluent in Uzbek, Russian and English;

• A specialist for international transports with a deep knowledge of one of the three main competences (road, intermodal, air) and at least 10 years’ experience;

• An entrepreneurial spirit;

• Used to an international, European work environment;

• Understands that his/her role comes with a high degree of independence and responsibility;

• Is customer and sales driven.

• Office in the city center
• 5/2 work schedule
