Responsibilities of the Employee in the future :

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities
2. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor market performance.
3. Conduct research on competitors' pricing, promotions, and market activities
4. Analyze sales performance by product, region, and channel Develop forecasting models to predict future sales trends Track and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and trade promotions
5. Work closely with the Sales Planning, Trade Marketing, and Field Sales teams

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in market analysis, data analytics, or a related role (experience in FMCG or tobacco industry is a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of CRM and sales reporting systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong analytical skills
