POSITION SUMMARY

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott. Communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales/tours. Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours. Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and improving marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

• Conducting research and analyzing market trends and customer activities to identify new opportunities.

• Developing and refining marketing content for various digital and offline platforms, including videos, blogs, and brochures.

• Managing social media channels, websites, and digital advertising campaigns.

• Working with in-house teams (e.g., design, sales) and external partners (e.g., media, agencies) to execute strategies.

• Planning, organizing, and attending events and exhibitions to promote products and services.

• Ensuring brand standards are maintained across all marketing and communication channels.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships.

• Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and solve problems effectively.

• Experience with social media platforms, website management, and digital marketing tools.

• Understanding of market dynamics and how to leverage them for business growth.

• An enthusiastic and proactive work ethic, with a willingness to embrace new ideas and feedback.

• Education: a degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field is often beneficial.

• Experience: Practical experience in social media, content creation, and campaign management can significantly boost an application.
