What You’ll Do

Marketing Strategy & Research

• Support the development of marketing strategies to promote ConnectUB across digital and offline channels

• Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Contribute ideas to improve brand positioning and visibility

Digital Marketing & Content

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns

• Support SEO, content creation, and email marketing activities

• Help manage advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads

• Monitor analytics and help prepare performance reports

Creative & Offline Support

• Collaborate with the design team on marketing materials (flyers, social posts, event kits, etc.)

• Assist with event coordination, outreach, and local PR efforts

• Help maintain brand consistency across all communications

Team Collaboration

• Work alongside business development and product teams to support launches, campaigns, and outreach

• Participate in internal brainstorming and strategy sessions

• Gain hands-on experience in a startup environment with mentoring from experienced professionals

Who You Are

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Familiar with social media platforms and digital tools (Canva, Instagram, Google Workspace, etc.)

• Passionate about startups, digital platforms, and growth marketing

• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
