About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Person to join our growing team. The candidate will help strengthen and expand both Deepen and DeepenWell brands through engaging content, events, and collaborations. The right person is detail-oriented, team-driven, and passionate about storytelling, digital media, and fitness technology.
You will work closely with our marketing, design, and content teams to create ideas that attract attention, grow brand awareness, and support our expansion into new markets.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, You Tube, etc.)
• Creating and planning content aligned with brand strategy
• Coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and collaborations
• Working closely with designers, mobilographers, and other team members
• Supporting the team in building partnerships and influencer projects
• Assisting with the overall marketing strategy and reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in social media, marketing, or communications (1–3 years preferred)
• Creativity and passion for content, visuals, and storytelling
• Ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English and Uzbek (Russian is a plus)
• Knowledge of digital tools and social media trends
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
