Responsibilities:

• Organization and maintenance of accounting in the Company.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation, requirements and internal company policies and guidelines in accounting.
• Timely and correct execution/maintenance of all accounting documentation.

Requirements:

• Maintaining accounting for rent, settlements on utility bills.
• Maintain accounting related to write-off .
• Maintain accounting for marketing, advertising, logistics, installation and other services and operational expenses of the company.
• Accepts, controls and maintains primary accounting documentation for the relevant areas.
• Maintain business trips related to expenses
• Maintain company bank cards expenses
• Prepares reconciliation reports with counterparties.
• Works with electronic invoices and other accounting e-documents.
• Prepares accounting data for reporting, monitors and ensures the safety storage of accounting documents according to local legislation requirements and internal company policies and guidelines of the company.
• Performing other management assignments related to functional responsibilities.
• Timely response to requests from management and other employees in the area of functional responsibility.

Qualifications:

• English (B1) and Russian
• Experience of work in 1C and DIDOX
• Experience 1 year(more) in Accounting

Working conditions:
1. work schedule: 5 days a week
2. from 08.00 till 17.00
3. meal allowance, mobile allowance
