An international logistics company is engaged in international freight transportation and forwarding.

Responsibilities:
- Organization and control of international and domestic transportation — air, sea, road
- Route planning, coordination of deadlines with customers, carriers, and agents
- Monitoring the status of shipments from dispatch to delivery, timely notification of customers
- Preparing and checking transport documents: bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin
- Working with customs brokers, making sure export/import rules and Incoterms are followed
- Handling claims, delays, cargo insurance — prompt resolution of issues
- Customer service: responding to inquiries, providing advice, supporting long-term relationships.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding
- Experience in coordinating shipments (air, sea, road)
- Fluent English (B2 and above) — for correspondence with clients and foreign partners
- Proficient user of MS Office, experience with logistics systems
- Knowledge of international transport rules, customs procedures, Incoterms
- Attention to detail, stress resistance, ability to multitask
