Responsibilities:

1. Communication & Translation:

- Act as the voice of the COO, translating messages from English to Russian while maintaining passion and intent.

- Ensure clear and accurate communication across the team, fostering strong understanding and enthusiasm for tasks.

- Conduct regular team meetings to reinforce goals, maintain morale, and ensure alignment with the department’s vision.

2. Task Tracking & Time Management:

- Use Jira to manage task assignments, track time, and monitor progress across the team.

- Ensure all tasks are correctly logged, updated, and completed on time, addressing any delays or issues proactively.

- Regularly updаtеJira to reflect the current status of tasks, deadlines, and overall team performance.

3. Scheduling & Coordination:

- Plan and adjust schedules according to content calendars, ensuring timely and accurate releases.

- Facilitate smooth daily operations by ensuring alignment between team members and addressing any obstacles promptly.

4. Team Motivation & Coordination:

- Motivate and inspire the team, maintaining high levels of energy, engagement, and productivity.

- Foster a positive, collaborative environment that encourages creativity and performance.

Required Skills:

1. Communication & Translation:

- Fluent in English and Russian.

- Strong verbal and written communication.

- Skilled in leading team meetings.

2. Task Tracking & Time Management:

- Proficient in Jira.

- Strong organizational skills.

- Effective deadline management.

3. Scheduling & Coordination:

- Calendar and scheduling expertise.

- Operational coordination skills.

- Quick problem-solving.

4. Team Motivation & Coordination:

- Strong leadership skills.

- Collaborative mindset.

- Ability to inspire and engage teams.
