Responsibilities:

1. Assist sales support supervisor in order processing, including order entry, review and tracking.
2. Provide customer service support, respond to customer inquiries, coordinate to solve customer problems.
3. Assist in the management of logistics information and ensure that orders are timely and accurately communicated to the logistics department.
4. Track the logistics process, regularly updаtеthe status of goods transportation to relevant sales personnel and customers.
5. Assisted sales operations supervisor in maintaining sales database to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
6. Support the daily work of the sales team, such as preparing sales materials, quotations and contract documents.
7. Participate in the product certification process of data collection and progress tracking.
8. Coordinate communication with other departments to ensure smooth sales process.
9. Collect market feedback information, provide suggestions and improvement suggestions for sales strategy.
10. Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by sales support supervisor.

Requirements:

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​1. Education: bachelor degree or above, major is not limited.
2. Experience: at least 1 year of relevant work experience or excellent fresh graduates.
3. Language: Fluent in Chinese, listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required. English is also preferrable
4. Skills: Basic communication skills and organizational ability.
5. knowledge: Have a certain understanding of customer service process.
6. Computer skills: proficient in MS Office software.
