Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for retrofit design and construction phases using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to integrate discipline-specific timelines into a unified project schedule.

• Track progress and updаtеschedules regularly, identifying potential delays and recommending corrective actions.

• Perform critical path and resource loading analysis, highlighting bottlenecks and float opportunities.

• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and progress reporting against baselines.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, including S-curve updates, progress dashboards, and schedule variance analysis.

• Ensure alignment of the schedule with project scope, milestones, and contractual requirements.

• Participate in risk assessments and assist in developing mitigation plans related to time impacts.

• Coordinate with subcontractors to collect input data and monitor compliance with the integrated project schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling/planning, preferably with retrofit or renovation projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, especially in occupied or operational buildings.
• Familiarity with building codes, MEP systems, and phased construction planning.
• Experience with design-construction interface and contractual time management.
• Fluency in Uzbek and Russian; good command of English (spoken and written) preferable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
