What will you be doing?

• Vendor Management: Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure terms that are favorable for the company.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with vendors, ensuring contract terms meet the company’s needs and deliver value.
• Sourcing and Purchasing: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requesting quotes, evaluating bids, and issuing purchase orders.
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.
• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor and optimize procurement spending, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
• Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery process, ensuring goods and services are received on time and meet quality standards.
• Customs & Import Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate customs documentation for imported goods, and collaborate with customs brokers or authorities to facilitate smooth clearance.
• Regulatory Adherence: Monitor and apply knowledge of international trade regulations, duties, and tariffs to ensure compliance with all customs requirements.
• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor and optimize procurement spending, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (finance, operations, etc.) to understand their procurement needs and provide tailored support
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance, and generate reports as needed.

What makes you a strong candidate:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Experience in the media, entertainment, or tech industry is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in managing supplier relationships.
• Hands-on experience with customs clearance, international shipping, or working directly with customs authorities or brokers is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations, incoterms, and documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Familiarity with procurement software and systems.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
