Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage product strategies from concept to market launch.

• Identify and prioritize features and improvements based on user and business needs.

• Collaborate with development, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Analyze user data and market trends for informed decision-making.

• Prepare documentation (plans, specifications, user stories) and ensure process transparency for all stakeholders.

• Work with key stakeholders to achieve product goals and drive growth.

• Conduct competitor and market trend analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Product Manager (preferably in IT/technology companies).

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data and analytics tools.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams to create user-friendly interfaces.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

• Decision-making skills based on analysis and testing.

• Client communication experience for understanding needs and product improvements.

• Proficiency in English and Russian at C1-C1 level
