• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret financial information,

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, Russian or Uzbek,
• Ability to adapt to requirements and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
• Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks is essential for meeting deadlines and handling a busy workload,
• Accuracy and attention to detail for maintaining records, preparing documents, and ensuring data integrity,
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work,

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum is Plus.

• creating and updating schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans using tools like Primavera or MS Project. Scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Tracking performance against plans, identifying deviations, and analyzing variances.
• Developing and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and forecasting costs.
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Preparing regular status reports, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring transparency.
• Managing change orders, assessing their impact, and ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
