About the Company:
Our group of companies is launching a new international real estate project focused on the U.S. market. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the launch and development of the real estate project in the United States;

• Conduct market research and identify investment opportunities;

• Collaborate with local contractors, agencies, and consultants;

• Manage the full project cycle — from due diligence to deal execution;

• Prepare reports, strategic plans, and recommendations for stakeholders;

• Ensure effective communication between all project participants.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate in the U.S. or Dubai is mandatory;

• Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment processes;

• Advanced proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek (both spoken and written);

• Strong strategic thinking, initiative, and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Tashkent time);

• Work in a fast-paced, international team environment;
