About us

We are an IT company developing software solutions with a strong focus on AI-driven automation and applied artificial intelligence. Our team works on real-world products where AI is used in production, not experiments.

We are launching an internship program for Prompt Engineer Interns or hire Junior–Mid specialists who aim to establish a solid foundation in AI, LLM behavior, and prompt engineering through hands-on work on real-world projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs)

• Analyze AI outputs and systematically improve accuracy, structure, and reliability

• Work on real internal and client AI-related projects

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate AI into software systems

• Document prompt patterns, findings, and best practices

• Research new AI, NLP, and prompt engineering techniques and apply them in practice

Requirements

• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills

• Solid understanding of mathematics fundamentals

• Basic programming skills (Python or TypeScript is a strong advantage)

• English level B2 or higher (reading and written communication required)

• High interest in AI, NLP, and large language models

• Ability to learn fast, research independently, and work with minimal supervision

• Attention to detail and structured thinking

• Must be based in Tashkent

• Full-time availability only (part-time candidates will not be considered)

• Paid internship: 1,500,000 UZS per month
