• Experience: Minimum 6 years of QA/QC experience (in construction and industrial projects)

  EPC/Construction Background: Proven QA/QC management experience in power plants, industrial facilities, large-scale infrastructure, or high-rise building projects

• Standards Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001 :2015 QMS, ITP, PQP, NCR, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) management, Local Standards.

• Preparation, review, and approval of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Control Procedures.

  Conducting inspection of materials, equipment, and construction activities in compliance with project specifications, standards, and drawings.

  Managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and ensuring timely closure.

  Reporting & Communication: Maintaining and controlling QA/QC documentation, inspection records, and calibration certificates

  Leadership: Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.

  Language: Good command of English (written and spoken).

  Project Diversity: Experience in Wind Power Plant Project.

  Software Skills: Familiarity with QA/QC reporting tools, ERP, or project management software.

  Multilingual: Knowledge of Russian/Uzbek (advantageous for local communication).

  Client Relations: Experience in client interfacing with intemational EPC contractors
