Responsibilities:Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries.
Maintain front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, and packages.
Manage student attendance records, late arrivals, and early dismissals.
Ensure school security protocols are followed, including visitor sign-in procedures.
Provide support to the school administration and teaching staff as required.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies in all interactions.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (experience in a school environment is an advantage).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
