Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, packages, emails)
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Support Admin team with clerical tasks (filing, photocopying, data entry)
Good organizational skills
Multitasking and time management ability
Education: At least a college diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role
Languages: Fluent in local language and conversational English and Russian (other languages are a plus)
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), using office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
Working hours: Typically 8-30:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Workdays: 5 days a week
Dress code: Formal or business-casual attire
Probation period: 3 months
Salary: According to company pay scale and candidate's experience
Benefits: May include paid leave, compensation for lunch and transportation
