Our consultants throughout the year implement projects for various donor organizations (e.g. ADB, AFD, EBRD, EIB, EU, GIZ, KfW, World Bank) in different countries, including Uzbekistan.

As part of the establishing our Recruiting Department, we are looking for permanent, full-time English Speaking Recruiter in Uzbekistan.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-sеlесtexperts for the right position from our internal expert databank, social media and active sourcing

• Approach experts to negotiate and agree on contractual conditions, and establish long-term working relationships

• Compile the appropriate expert profiles

• Be the first point of contact for experts – from the initial telephone conversation,to accompanying them throughout project implementation

• Maintain and expand our network of experts

• Lead the recruitment of international experts for international tenders

Requirements:

• Higher degree in the relevant field
• Minimum one year of professional working experience in a similar position (specifically in international development projects)
• Language skills: fluent in English, as well as Uzbek and Russian
• Excellent command of MS-Office and recruitment data bases
• Have an open-minded personality and communication skills to work and interact with people in an international environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
