We’re Hiring: Work and Travel Program Recruiter (Entry-Level)

Location: Tashkent (willing to relocate to Romania)

Language: Fluent English (written and spoken)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recruiting students for Work and Travel and international exchange programs
• Conducting interviews and screening candidates
• Guiding applicants through the full journey — from first interest to placement
• Collaborating with our international partners and team

What You Must Have:

• Experience in recruitment or candidate selection
• Knowledge of Work and Travel programs — or direct participation is a big plus
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Willingness to relocate to Romania — housing is provided
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Please note: This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone starting their career in international recruitment or cultural exchange.
