Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job roles.
• Manage and organize candidate databases and job applications.
• Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Support visa and documentation processes for international candidates.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain records.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Requirements

• student or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree is a plus) is needed.
• Strong communication skills in English (IELTS 6+) and Russian (C1)
• Basic computer literacy (email, MS Office, data entry).
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
