Обязанности:

• Relationship Management

• Maintain strong working relationships with partner banks to achieve yearly refinance (lending) plan.

• Capacity Building

• Support partner banks by sharing best practices in underwriting, portfolio management, and risk control.

• Due Diligence

• Conduct regular financial and integrity due diligence of partner banks to assess their financial condition and operational performance.

• Product Development and Implementation

• Support the design, testing, and implementation of new mortgage products, as well as improvements to existing ones.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partner banks during product rollout and process updates.

• Portfolio Analysis

• Review and verify banks’ mortgage loan portfolios to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria.

• Agreements and Documentation

• Prepare, review, and formalize lending agreements, pledge agreements, and general refinancing agreements.

• Reporting and Market Intelligence

• Prepare management and analytical reports and conduct mortgage market and banking sector analyses.
• Benchmark UzMRC’s products and standards against international and regional best practices.

Требования:

• Education
  Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics.
• Experience
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in lending, credit underwriting, and/or financial analysis.
  Technical Skills
  Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Languages
  Uzbek – fluent
  Russian – fluent
  English – intermediate (or higher)
• Additional Advantages
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience in mortgage or housing finance programs
  • Experience with database or financial analysis tools
  • Knowledge of CFA Level 1 or ACCA fundamentals
