Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional sales Manager (Sales and Business Development) to lead our Tashkent office and expand our customer portfolio across North ,China, Europe and GCC market. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on leadership of our local operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international freight forwarding, trading, and client acquisition, with the ability to drive growth and manage day-to-day commercial activities in Uzbekistan. Strong customer portfolio is a must!

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, engage, and secure B2B clients across the USA, China, Europe and GCC for trading and freight forwarding services.
  • Develop customized logistics and sourcing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Promote LCL/FCL consolidation, multimodal transport, and sourcing services from China.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial proposals and long-term contracts.
  • Act as the lead commercial representative of the Uzbekistan office.
  • Ensure operational alignment with sales goals.
  • Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with operations, sourcing, and warehousing teams for seamless client service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and expand relationships with logistics partners, suppliers, and freight agents.
  • Develop and nurture a strong portfolio of customers and key accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service follow-up.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in international B2B sales or business development, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trading.
  • Proven client network in import/export.
  • Strong client portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and global trade documentation.
  • English language is a must.
