Are you ready to launch your career with a dynamic international company? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven Reimbursement Specialist / Account Representative to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:

• Revenue Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end billing process — from claim submission through payment. Proactively follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims, investigate denials, and submit timely appeals or corrections.

• Insurance Coordination: Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues, verify coverage, and secure reimbursement.

• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all billing practices comply with payer guidelines, regulatory standards, and internal policies.

• Client Support: Respond to client and patient inquiries professionally, providing accurate and timely assistance on billing matters.

• Workflow Optimization: Utilize billing software and EHR systems to streamline processes, manage information, and improve overall efficiency.

• Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor reports and take strategic action to reduce outstanding balances.

• Documentation: Accurately record all account activity and follow-up efforts in the billing platform.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with coding, credentialing, and billing teams to identify and resolve claim or account-related issues.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Fluent in English and Russian
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Ability to multitask and manage priorities
✅ Confident with computer programs (Microsoft Office 365)
✅ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
✅ A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
✅ No prior experience needed - recent graduates are encouraged to apply!

✅ Experience in billing/credentialing or previous work with US-based companies is advantageous
