Responsibilities
To be guided by approved: international, state and local legislative acts and Company requirements on occupational health and safety.
Participate in the development of the Company's prospective and annual RTM plans to improve working conditions, occupational health and safety.
To investigate working conditions in the workplace, distribution centers , road accidents and participate in introducing better technologies, protective equipment and measures for creating safe and healthy working conditions
Participate in inspecting the technical condition of equipment( cars ,trucks), determining if it meets the requirements for safe work performance
Analyze the availability and need for visual health and safety advertising at the Company's enterprises.
Provide the enterprises with regulatory and guiding documents on occupational health and safety and monitor their implementation.
Conduct trainings on developed H&S regulations in the Company.
Analyze the status and causes of occupational injuries and diseases; develop jointly with other departments measures for the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases, and arrange the implementation of such measures
Job Requirements:
Qualification requirements: Higher technical or Engineering education
Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in operational production management in engineering, technical and managerial positions. Having experience in logistics or fleet management would be a plus
Skills and expertise:
Internal work regulations of the Company.
rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation, fire protection and environmental protection.
The nomenclature of manufactured products.
Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
Computer skills: Proficient user of Word, Power Point, Internet, Outlook, SAP
Languages: English (Intermediate/Upper Intermediate), understanding of technical documentationSchedule 5/2 from 8.00 to 17.00
Work in a large international company;
