NOW HIRING: Safety & Claims Specialist
Location: Tashkent| Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits

Join a growing team that keeps America moving. Trucking company is seeking a Safety & Claims Specialist to help ensure compliance, manage accident and injury claims, and promote a culture of safety throughout our fleet.

What You’ll Do:

• Investigate and manage accident, injury, cargo, and liability claims

• Ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance across driver and vehicle records

• Monitor safety metrics (driver behavior, incidents, CSA scores)

• Conduct post-accident reviews and work with insurance partners

• Coordinate training and corrective action for safety violations

• Maintain organized records of claims, incidents, and compliance reports

• Support risk management and continuous safety improvement

✅ What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in transportation safety or claims (preferred)

• Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism

• Experience with ELD, dashcam, and fleet management systems a plus
