Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of promotional issues;
  • Preparation of orders and additional agreements for quarterly bonus payments;
  • Assists department managers with documentation support;
  • Coordinates the timely signing of documents with partners;
  • Preparation of documentation for brand zones payment
  • Collecting necessary documents and working with agreement registration,

  • Supporting the entire sales, finance and marketing department with documentation issues.

Qualification Requirements:

Language and Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Russian and Uzbek languages are required

Professional Skills:

  • Work experience 1-2 years
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, result-oriented, disciplined, accurate, responsible
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team.
