Обязанности:

1. Daily operation of the SmartUp System, including data entry, updates, and system checks.

2.Upload and monitor distributor sales, coverage, POSM placements, and equipment data.

3. Ensure all system inputs are accurate, timely, and complete from field teams and distributors.

4. Coordinate with agency field force and distributor teams to collect required data.

Reporting & Performance Tracking - Generate and distribute regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using SmartUp
Communication & Coordination - Act as the point of contact between the company and agency SmartUp users (field force, supervisors)

Требования:

• Experiences ~2 years of work experience related to IT job (preferred)

• Experience using SMARTUP (preferred)

• Knowledge of IT infra schema, data management, familiar with systems and applications, analyze and diagrammed business work process

• Smooth communications about business process and IT system.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
