Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead our sales strategy, drive growth across the Central Asian market, and build strong partnerships within the fitness industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals

  • Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships

  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or related leadership roles

  • Strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams

  • Strategic mindset with problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with the fitness and wellness market in Tashkent or Central Asia

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
