An international steel supplier is launching its operations in Uzbekistan — and we're looking for a Sales Manager who’s ready to lead the charge. If you're a strategic thinker, passionate about sales, and eager to build something meaningful from the ground up, this is your chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic sales initiatives to drive company goals;

  • Conduct market research and generate qualified sales leads;

  • Understand and analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions;

  • Travel across the assigned region to engage with current and prospective clients;

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers;

  • Prepare commercial offers, sales contracts, and all related documentation;

  • Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Engineering, or a related field;

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the steel, metal, or related industries (e.g., construction materials, logistics, equipment);

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of Chinese is a strong advantage;

  • Fluency in either Russian or Uzbek is essential;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; basic understanding of hardware and network systems;

  • Self-driven, confident, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
