Central Asian University is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to promote and sell medical products. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare institutions, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Research the market, generate leads, and track competitors
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors
  • Negotiate deals and deliver compelling product presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, procurement)
  • Report on sales performance and forecasts to management

Requirements:

Education:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; medical background is also considered

Experience:

• Sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector

• Experience working with healthcare institutions and making product presentations

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of medical products and the healthcare industry

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Market research and competitor analysis

• Fluent in Uzbek and English (spoken and written)

Soft Skills:

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

• Able to multitask, manage time, and work in a team

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Desirable:

• Existing healthcare contacts in the region

• Knowledge of CRM systems

• Additional language skills

• Willingness to travel

Working Conditions:

  • Work schedule: 5/7, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Employment: Official with a probationary period.
  • Salary: Negotiable based on the candidate's knowledge and experience.
